Rates and Insurance

At Khora Nexus, we submit insurance claims on behalf of our clients when applicable. Clients are responsible for contacting their insurance provider prior to scheduling an appointment to verify coverage, eligibility, and any out-of-pocket costs associated with services.

Insurance coverage varies by plan and carrier, and submission of a claim does not guarantee payment or reimbursement. Clients remain financially responsible for all services rendered, including any amounts not covered by insurance. We strongly encourage clients to confirm benefits in advance to ensure a clear understanding of copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and any limitations related to their plan.

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or self-pay have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services prior to their appointment. This estimate is provided to support transparency and informed financial decision-making. Clients may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before services are rendered.

If an interpreter is required, the cost of interpretation services is the client's responsibility.

Clinical Supervison

This service provides individual and/or group clinical supervision to support completion of supervised practice hours in accordance with Texas licensure requirements. Supervision is structured to promote clinical skill development, ethical practice, and professional growth while meeting applicable state standards for licensure.

Supervision may include case consultation, treatment planning, clinical documentation review, ethical and legal considerations, boundary management, and professional development. Supervision is tailored to the supervisee’s level of training, clinical setting, and licensure goals and is conducted in accordance with Texas BHEC supervision rules and documentation requirements.
